Kindergarten Learns About Trees

Our kindergartners have been busy learning about trees. We worked on our math, reading and science skills by picking apples from our school tree and making crockpot applesauce together. We also learned that King has a very special hugging tree. It appears to have a hand growing from it. The kiddos have decided that hugging a tree really does make you happy.
